Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Linguify (“Linguify”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI voice agent that answers inbound business calls in the caller’s language and logs transcripts and contact details to the business’s Call Rescue dashboard. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website (www.uselinguify.com), our app (app.uselinguify.com), and calls handled by a Linguify voice agent — and how we use and protect it.

1. Information we collect

Website visitors. When you visit our website we collect your cookie-consent choice and, with your consent, usage and analytics data (pages viewed, referral source, campaign attribution such as UTM parameters). If you sign up or contact us, we collect the details you submit, such as your name and email address.

Account holders. When you create a Linguify account we collect your email address, business details you provide, the knowledge-base content you configure for your voice agent, and your plan and billing status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.

Callers. When you call a business that uses Linguify, the voice agent processes the call audio, detects your language, and creates a transcript, a summary of your enquiry, and a record of any contact details you choose to share. This information is processed on behalf of the business you called — that business is the data controller for it, and Linguify processes it to deliver the answering service and display the call record in that business’s dashboard.

2. How we use information

We do not sell personal information.

3. Service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to run Linguify, and share with them only what is needed to provide the service: platform hosting and infrastructure (the Audos platform, running on Google Cloud), AI language models (such as OpenAI) that generate the agent’s responses, voice and telephony AI providers (such as ElevenLabs or Retell AI), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Mailgun), and website analytics (Google Tag Manager).

4. Cookies

Our website shows a consent banner before setting non-essential cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working; analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of www.uselinguify.com.

5. Legal bases (EEA / UK visitors)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information on these legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the service to account holders), consent (analytics cookies, marketing communications), and legitimate interests (securing and improving the service). For call data, the business you called is the controller and determines its own legal basis.

6. Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and as needed afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. Call transcripts and summaries are retained so the business you called can review them; that business can remove call records, and you can ask us or them to delete information relating to you.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. EEA and UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, reach us through our contact page.

8. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Children

Linguify is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
